AI Usage Policy – The Turbochargers

At The Turbochargers, we believe AI is a powerful way to augment human intelligence and deliver faster, more creative solutions for our clients.

We use AI to enhance our work, never to replace human expertise, judgment, or integrity.

1. How We Use AI

We use AI thoughtfully to:

• Generate ideas, conduct research, analyse data, and draft or review documents.
• Generate multi-modal output including video and images.

We use both public AI tools and private AI agents we have developed to boost creativity and efficiency.

We use AI for our client work, in the process of producing Turbocharge Weekly, and in the creation of learning resources for our online academy and community, The Turbochargers Hub.

2. Data & Privacy

We never share client-specific or sensitive information with AI tools unless that information is already public.

We configure public AI tools so they do not learn from our inputs.

We use AI to record and summarise meetings for internal use only. No recordings will ever be shared publicly without permission.

Monthly live sessions in The Turbochargers Hub are all recorded and stored in the Hub: available to all current and future members. This is why we remind members to treat these as public forums. 

3. Ethics and Accountability

We ensure ethical and quality standards with these actions:

We check every fact, quote, and reference independently.

We  consider the risks and ethics before relying on AI outputs.

Final decisions and accountability always rest with us.

We fact-check AI output with the same care we would apply to a junior consultant’s work.

AI supports our work, but it never excuses errors or replaces accountability.

The Turbochargers remains fully responsible for all deliverables.

4. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
