Hi, I’m Lisa

I’m a Strategy Execution Specialist, helping business leaders navigate challenging environments to turn their ambitious goals into reality. With high stakes and resistance to change often at play, I provide an independent sounding board and expert guidance so they can confidently execute their strategies while aligning with workplace culture.

I offer consulting, coaching, and training to ensure long-term success, including execution-focused bootcamps for leaders. I’m the author of TURBOCHARGE WEEKLY, a newsletter reaching 8,000 business leaders. I also run the Turbochargers Hub, a resource center for mastering strategy execution.

With over 50 successful implementations under my belt, I’ve seen how traditional strategy methods can alienate teams and stall progress. That’s why I’ve developed a human-centered, culture-friendly approach to drive momentum and bring people together. A key focus of my current work is integrating AI strategies to accelerate change and enhance results.

Previously, I held roles at McKinsey and Accenture before founding my own firm in 1999. When I’m not working, you’ll find me gardening with my dogs.
